Customer Portal: This is web-based application. To register and log in click on https://www.axisfinance.in go to login and select customer.
This will enable you to see Axis Finance loan account details, download loan statement and interest certificates etc.

Yes, you can change your loan repayment bank account. Your will need to send written request along with below documents.
Post receipt of above documents we will validate your request and swapping will be processed accordingly.
If you have missed your EMI or have any outstanding charges against your existing loan you can now pay via NEFT/RTGS, Debit cards, Net Banking UPI & Freecharge wallet.

Yes, you can choose to pre-close your loan any time after 12 months from the date of disbursement.

In case you want to know your outstanding amount against your existing loan, you can visit our customer portal or WhatsApp. Kindly follow the below steps to know the outstanding amount.
Customer Portal
Step 1: Go to the "Login as a Customer section of our website, www.axisfinance.in.
Step 2: Log in to the customer portal either by entering your customer ID or registered mobile number. An OTP will be triggered for your registered number.
Step 3: After a successful login, go to the Loan section to view the outstanding amount against the loan.
To view the outstanding amount, just type "Hi" from your registered mobile number and send it to our WhatsApp number: 7045027505.
From the menu, select the option My Loan Details and you can view the outstanding amount.
In case you have missed your EMI or have any outstanding charges against your existing loan, you can make payments using our various modes of payment.

Kindly note that payment made will reflect in your Axis Finance Loan Statement within 3 working days of a successful payment transaction.

From the menu, select Download Documents to download the interest certificate.
You can download your repayment schedule from the customer portal or from WhatsApp. Kindly follow the below steps to download the repayment schedule.

Step 3: After a successful login, go to the download section and select the repayment schedule to download the same.
To download Interest, just type "Hi" from your registered mobile number and send it to our WhatsApp number: 7045027505.
From the menu, select Download Documents to download the repayment schedule.

Issuing pre-closure letter is subject to fulfillment of pre-closure criteria. Post validation of your request, pre-closure letter will be issued within 14 days.
You will receive original Property documents within 15 days from the date of closure of loan.
You will need to send us written request at customer.support@axisfinance.in , post validation of loan
closure activities loan closure letter will be shared within 3 working days.
