A Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP is a secured loan where you mortgage your residential or commercial property which is fully constructed.

End Use of Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP can be for any personal or business usage. It can also be availed for transferring your outstanding loan availed from another Bank/ Financial Institution.

Axis Finance would only allow you to apply for a joint Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP if the application is co-signed by one or more members.

Yes, it is mandatory to have a Co-applicant while applying for a loan

Security of the loan would generally be security interest on the loan along with a property as a collateral. Any interim security as may also be required by us for processing the loan.

Below are the general lists of documents required:

Individual

  • Mandatory - PAN Card or Form 60 and
  • Any one - Passport/ Voters ID/ Driving License/ Aadhar/ Nrega/ Population Register
  • Latest 3months salary slip for fıxed salary income and latest 6 months salary slip for variable income/ Latest Form 16
  • Latest 6 months bank statement of salary account
  • Processing Fee Cheque

Non Individual

  • Mandatory - PAN Card or Form 60, MOA and AOA/ Partnership Deed/ LLP Agreement/ Trust Deed, 2. Certification of incorporation, Board Resolution, Power of Attorney/ Letter of authority
  • Any Two - Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, post-paid mobile bill, piped gas, gas connection, water bill) not older than 2 months, Shops and establishment certificate/ registration certificate/ sales tax/ VAT registration certificate/ Service Tax/ Professional registration certificate/ Bank statement including passbook/ GT certificate/ others
  • CA certified latest 2 years ITR with computation of income for last 2 years. Minimum 6 months gap should be maintained between filing of two income tax returns.
  • Latest 2 years audited/ CA certified P&L A/C & Balance sheet of the fırm/ company
  • Latest 1 year bank statement of Salary/ Current/ Operative account for both Individual and Company
  • Processing Fee Cheque

Loan can be opted against fully constructed, freehold residential and commercial property. It may include residential plots, Self-occupied, rented or vacant residential property, Self-occupied or rented commercial property and mixed usage properties.

At Axis Finance for Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP you can avail up to 65% of your Property value as a Loan.

Income, Banking, and Property value is simultaneously assessed by Axis Finance to decide the loan eligibility.

Loan documents such as Loan Statement, Repayment Schedule and Interest Certificate can be downloaded from our self service channel using Customer Portal and WhatsApp services post loan disbursement.

Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP tenure ranges up to 180 months, subject to fulfilment of our Axis Finance (AFL) Internal Policy‚ Credit Criteria, Age of borrowers at loan maturity.

In case if you wish to change your bank account for making EMI Payments, a fresh E-Nach Registration would be initiated by AFL which has to be ratified/ processed by the customer. Customer may submit the request with necessary supporting documents for AFL to review.

We proactively arrange handover of property paper within 30 days of loan closure/ foreclosure. If there are any specific handover request, you can reach out to the customer service team.

EMI is calculated basis the loan amount, Loan tenure and the Borrowing rate.

EMI = [PxRx (1#RJ*N]/[(1+R)*N - 1], where P is the Loan Amount‚ R is the Borrowing Rate and N is the Loan tenure.

Currently we are following two EMI due dates which either can be 5th or 10th of every month depending on internal assessment and customer preference.

In case of partially disbursed cases, the interest accrued on the partially disbursed facility is called Pre-EMI Interest.

A Top UP loan is an additional loan that you can avail on your existing loan.

All customers with an existing LAP can apply for a Top Up Loan. New customers availing our Balance Transfer loan can also additionally avail a top up loan from AFL. You can apply for a Top Up Loan after 12 months of the fınal disbursement of your existing Loan.

No Additional Security is required for a Top-up loan as the loan is sanctioned on the existing Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP loan provided collateral value suffices the requirement.

The usual TAT to process Axis Finance Shakti Micro LAP is around 15 days subject to all document fulfilment done by the customer.
